General Terms
- Legitimate Use
All spaces and meeting rooms are strictly for legitimate and lawful activities. Users must adhere to the laws of Oman and avoid activities that violate public policy or ethics. - Occupancy Limits
Guests must not exceed the maximum number of occupants allowed in each room. Additional guests may require prior approval. - Food and Drinks
Bringing food or drinks from outside into the premises is prohibited. We provide options for catering upon request. - Noise Consideration
Guests must keep noise to a minimum to ensure a professional and quiet environment for all users. - Cleanliness
Guests are required to leave the space in a clean and orderly condition after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy. - Liability for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or its equipment during their booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
Booking Terms
- Duration and Extensions
At the end of the booked duration, guests must vacate the room or create a new booking to extend the usage. If no extension is created and the room is available, an automatic 30-minute extension will be applied and charged. - Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made before the scheduled start time. For specific bookings, such as the Grand Hall, cancellation policies may differ.
- Canceled booking hours will be converted into Flamingo Hours, which can be used for future bookings.
- No Shows and Early Checkouts
Bookings will be considered complete in case of no-shows or early checkouts, and no refunds will be issued for the unused time. - Restricted Activities
Activities such as clay modeling, pottery, and painting are prohibited in meeting rooms due to potential damage to facilities.
Coupons and Packages
- Validity
Special packages and Flamingo Hours are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. - Usage
Coupons and packages must be used for bookings that meet the required minimum hours in a single transaction. - Cancellations
Hours canceled within the valid period will be added back as Flamingo Hours.
Website Terms of Use
- Access and Availability
Access to our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue the website without notice. - Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Flamingo Business Center. Reproducing, copying, or using the content for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited. - User Conduct
Users must refrain from uploading or transmitting harmful content, including viruses, malware, or offensive materials. Breaches may result in account suspension or legal action.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Lost Items
Flamingo Business Center is not liable for any lost or stolen items within the premises. - Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for interruptions in service caused by external factors, including power outages, internet failures, or unforeseen circumstances. - Third-Party Services
Flamingo Business Center is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services booked through or alongside our offerings.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment Methods
Payments can be made via accepted credit/debit cards or other available methods. Confirmation receipts will be issued within 24 hours. - Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
